Inexchange – an international success story from Skövde
What if businesses could handle invoices digitally, automatically, and seamlessly, with a well-designed interface? This idea came from a group of entrepreneurs in Skövde in the early 2000s and became Inexchange Factorum AB.
It wasn’t just about upgrading technology – it was about boosting businesses. Companies drowning in paperwork suddenly had the tools to automate and streamline their invoicing, allowing them to focus on what mattered. Small businesses were allowed to play on the same level as the industry giants. And it all started in Skövde, where innovation is not just a buzzword – it’s a way of life.
A huge step came in 2008, when Inexchange introduced a groundbreaking business model: charging invoice recipients instead of senders.
By 2013, 20,000 companies were connected, and Inexchange became Sweden’s fastest-growing internet company. In 2015, the company joined Visma, opening new global arenas.
The city’s entrepreneurial spirit, gaming culture, and deep tech roots have created the perfect ecosystem for companys to reach the next level.

Forsway Scandinavia – connecting the world from Skövde
INNOVATION
With his experience from Nokia, Tobias Forsell founds Forsway Scandinavia in 2004 with the aim of expanding the use of satellites to include data delivery, not only television.
SETTLING DOWN
Tobias settles down in his hometown Skövde, which feels as close to the world as any big city when working remotely. Setting things up online is simple and smooth.
MISSION
Forsway extends satellite broadband services to regions with limited infrastructure or capacity.
LOCAL RESOURSES
Skövde provides local competences, clients and crucial networks through for example the university and Science Park Skövde.
QUALITY OF LIFE

With funding from the European Space Agency, Forsway will expand by combining 5G in satellite and on the ground to handle future data needs. Tobias is committed to make a difference by connecting people and making money whilst doing so.

Skövde has over 380 sports and cultural associations, ranging from elite teams in handball and soccer to culture school with courses in music, film and music production and game programming.
1 hour by train to Gothenburg and 2 hours by train to Stockholm. A better starting point is hard to find!
Here you are close to nature, culture and activities, and if you have half an hour to spare, you can easily take a mountain bike ride on the mountain Billingen or a lap on the ski track during the winter, all within a 3 km radius.
